NURS 2603 - Introduction Professional Nursing Theory Concepts

This course introduces pre-BSN students to professional nursing, nursing theory, and concepts central to the provision of safe and high quality nursing care. Students are also introduced to healthcare ethics, cultural diversity, drug calculations, and the Department of Nursing philosophy and conceptual framework and their central concepts. The content of the course forms the foundation for the BSN curriculum.
