THEA 3620 - Production Management

An introduction to the economics, logistics, and managerial aspects of running a multi-show theatre season. This course is designed to acquaint students with budgeting and managing the technical assets of a theatre and understanding the interconnections of those assets. Special emphasis is given to time management and budgeting personnel. Prerequisites: THEA 1500.
