ECDV 4040 - Special Education and Inclusion in ECCE

This course will give opportunities for ECCE candidates to demonstrate assessment, planning, and instruction for birth to age five children with special needs in an educational setting. (Unit standards 3, 4, and 5; NAEYC standards 2, 3, 6, and 9). Directed field experience in a special education setting. Pre-requisite: Admission to the Teacher Education Preparation Unit.
