ENGR 1101 - Introduction to Engineering & Design

This course will provide an introduction to the ethical, historical, philosophical, political, and socioeconomic aspects of engineering. The student will also be introduced to engineering careers, fields of engineering, spreadsheets, statistics, technical communications, graphical communication, mechanisms, engineering design and problem solving. Pre-requisite: Regular college placement or permission of instructor.
