BIOL 3325K - Invertebrate Zoology


This course will explore the evolution and ecology of the invertebrate animals. It will provide a background in the diversity, body plans, and ecology of all major invertebrate phyla, including marine and terrestrial groups. However, this course will emphasize the taxonomy and ecology of freshwater invertebrates. Intensive practical exercises in freshwater macroinvertebrate biology will equip students with key skills for subsequent coursework. With laboratory.
