KINS 2034 - Introductory Physiology and Sport Conditioning A study of the physiological basis of training factors limiting human performance. Topics include basic exercise science training principles, testing and evaluation of strength, power, speed, reaction time, flexibility, agility, and a survey of basic kinesiology. Includes such topics as neuromuscular function, hormonal control, environmental conditions, nutrition and ergogenic aids.
