Kinesiology Major with Emphasis in Health & Fitness (B.S.)


Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the Kinesiology Major, emphasis Health & Fitness, with the Department of Kinesiology, a student must meet the following minimum requirements.

  1. Complete 30 semester hours of credit with a grade point average of 2.50 or higher;
  2. Complete all courses in Area A (Essential Skills), BIOL 2120K, and BIOL 2130K of the core curriculum with a grade of C or higher;
  3. Complete an application for admission to the Kinesiology/Fitness program in the Spring before the conclusion of the sophomore year
