LEAD 1502 - Leadership Development

This Area B course is designed to provide students with an understanding of leadership and the opportunity to apply this knowledge to themselves and others. Readings, experiential learning exercises and discussion are used to develop the skills needed in leadership roles. Topics covered may include servant leadership, ethics, vision, decision-making, empowerment, team building, conflict resolution and initiating change.
