SCTS 1502 - Orientation to Science and Technology in Society

This course will provide an integrated introduction to the esthetic, ethical, historical, philosophical, political, and socioeconomic aspects of engineering, science and technology. This course seeks to help students better understand the world in which they live and the broader implications of science and technology in society. Additionally, students will survey state of the art applications in science and technology.
