MDST 2500 - Intro to Film & Digital Media Production

This course introduces students to film and digital media production, with special emphasis on lighting, sound, and production management. Through readings, lectures, demonstrations and hands-on exercises, students will explore the production of electronic sound and image. Students will learn how to operate equipment, organize schedules, and gather personnel and locations for film shoots. PreRequisites: ART 1010, ART 1020, ART 1030, ART 2510, ART 2520, AND FILM 2000. Note: This course is cross-listed with FILM 2500 Introduction to Film & Digital Media Production.
