HSDA 3150 - Organizing Human Services Delivery

This course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to administer various human service organizations including non-profit organizations and government agencies. It focuses on the study of the theoretical foundations as well as administrative aspects of human service delivery system. Topics for inquiry include organizational management, supervision, legal issues, risk management, recruiting and managing volunteers, constituency building, and other advocacy techniques. Prerequisite: HSDA 3100, HSDA 3110, and HSDA 3120.
