GISC 3100 - Seminar in Geospatial Technology


A seminar series on topics related to the principles, techniques and applications of geospatial technology including geographic information systems and remote sensing. This course is designed to expose students to current issues and trends in the geospatial industry through a series of guest lecturers from the professional and academic community. Topics related to career orientation will also be covered including professional certification, project management, resume writing, and equipment management/maintenance. Pre-requisites: GISC 2011 and GISC 2011L.
