MGED 3020 - Curriculum, Assessment & Technology

In this course, students will examine the concepts, principles, theories, standards and research that guide the development of curriculum and assessment in middle level schools. A primary focus of this course will be the planning of instruction using the Understanding By Design approach employed in many Georgia schools. Additionally, students in this course will use technology applications that support teaching and learning. Pre-requisite: Admission to Teacher Education Program. Co-requisites: MGED 3010 and MGED 3015.

TCED with a score of 0 or higher
