MGMT 4125 - Technology and Public Issues

This course will focus on the legal implications of conducting business over the Internet, including current understanding of Internet contracts, copyright, trademark and patent law. Further, this course will examine cutting-edge cases relating to ecommerce and emerging ethical issues and trends. Pre-requisites: BUSA 2810 with a grade of C or higher or BUSA 3800 with a grade of C or higher
