POUL 2903 - Poultry Science Internship

This course is structured to allow the student a hands-on experience in the major sectors of poultry production/processing. The student will work a 40-hour week for one semester in various sectors of the cooperating poultry firm’s production/processing operation under the guidance of the firm’s personnel manager and the supervision of the firm’s line manager. PreRequisites: Permission of Instructor or POUL Advisor.
