LING 2010 - Introduction to Linguistics

An introductory study of descriptive, comparative, and historical linguistics. The origins and structure of language are examined, and a brief analysis is made of the various language families. The importance and function of language are stressed.

Prerequisite/Corequisite:
Prerequisites: READ 0099 and ENGL 0099
