MUAP 4660 - Applied Principal String A continuation of MUAP 2660 focusing on public performance of standard solo string repertoire. Admission to upper division string instruction is contingent upon 1) the accumulation of a minimum of four hours credit in MUAP 2660 and 2) satisfactory completion of a division jury before a panel of music faculty. A combination of individual and group instruction provides preparation for public performance. Each student who is enrolled for applied principal string instruction must concurrently participate fully in a major UNG instrumental performance ensemble, regardless of whether the student chooses to enroll for ensemble credit. A student may accumulate a maximum of 16 credit hours in this course.
