CIS 4130 - Project Management Students will be exposed to the basic principles of Project Management, effective teamwork and collaboration. It will prepare students to understand key issues in project management such as project initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, quality management and communicating and collaborating across political and cultural boundaries. Tools such as Microsoft Project will be used to develop and track assigned projects. CSCI 1301 is strongly recommended as the prerequisite.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Admission to Upper Division and either BUSA 2201, CSCI 1250, or CSCI 1301, with a grade of C or higher
