ENVS 4961 - Service Learning in Environmental Science This is an applied course that addresses special topics in Environmental Science utilizing Geospatial Science and Technology. The course consists of real-world project design and implementation through service- learning partnerships with local government and industry. Students are required to work as a team with other students and with members of the community and a written proposal for the project filed with the supervising instructor is required.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: GEOG 1111K, GEOL 1121K, or ENVS 2111K, and either GISC 2011 and GISC 2011L or GISC 2021K
