CHEM 4850L - Advanced Biochemistry Laboratory
This laboratory course provides students with in depth knowledge and hand-on experience using selected biochemistry techniques by allowing students to design and conduct experiments in the context of a research project. Topics/techniques include, but are not limited to, site-directed mutagenesis and molecular cloning, protein expression and purification, enzyme activity assays, and protein structure and function relationships.
Prerequisite: CHEM 4841K with a grade of C or higher
Corequisite: CHEM 4842K
