MUAP 4650 - Major Applied Percussion

A continuation of MUAP 3650 focusing on public performance of standard solo percussion repertoire. A combination of individual (50-minute lesson) and group (studio/master class) instruction provides preparation for public performance. Repertoire and other requirements increase with credit hours. Each student who is enrolled for major applied percussion instruction must concurrently participate fully in a major UNG instrumental performance ensemble, regardless of whether the student chooses to enroll for ensemble credit. A student may accumulate a maximum of 8 credit hours in this course.

Prerequisites: Completion of a minimum of 2 semesters of MUAP 3650 with grades of C or higher
