FINC 4420 - Real Estate Finance & Investment Because real estate is required for any business to operate, this course provides students with in-depth technical skills to prepare them for a wide variety of careers in commercial real estate. The analysis of real estate projects and markets is a key component in future success. This course will emphasize market research, taxes, financing techniques, and discounted cash flow analysis. This course will also utilize industry standard computer-assisted investment tools and case analysis.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Admission to Upper Division and FINC 3440 with a grade of C or higher Corequisite: FINC 3660
