FINC 4440 - Corporate Finance This course provides the necessary financial theory for all students with majors in finance, which will allow them to understand the process of financial decision-making within an organization. The course includes the essential theories of markets, risk, return, valuation and how these theories are applied to financial management decisions in the areas of working capital management, capital budgeting, capital structure, and distribution policy. These areas of financial decision-making are explored in both domestic and international environments.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Admission to Upper Division and FINC 3440 with a grade of C or higher
