CIS 4130 - Technology Project Management This course focuses on methodologies that enable flexible, adaptable, and resilient technology projects. Agility is a fundamental concept in today’s organizations enabling them to adapt to change and complexity. This course teaches students adaptive project management methods and techniques such as disciplined agile, scrum, lean, scaled agile framework, joint application development, and prototyping. Coursework includes technology-related projects such as website/software development and implementation, IS system design, testing strategies, managing multiple projects, and integrating new and existing technologies.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Admission to Upper Division; MGMT 3620 (equivalent to MGMT 4620) or CSCI 1301 with a grade of C or higher
