ENVE 1105K - Drone Fundamentals and Applications This is an introductory undergraduate level course addressing the fundamentals of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Students will develop knowledge of UAS science, policy, regulations, safety, and applications. Through this course, students will gain the knowledge necessary to become a certified UAS pilot-in-command. Students will learn the basics of UAS aviation and will learn how to operate a UAS safely and efficiently within the National Airspace. Additionally, students will be exposed a variety of sensor payloads and associated data acquisition applications.
