FINC 3660 - Real Estate Principles Real estate is required for any business to operate and is also required as a part of daily life. This course provides students with skills to prepare them for success in both their business and personal lives. This course will cover real estate transactions, legal concepts of real property ownership, mortgage markets, and fundamental real estate investment and valuation techniques.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: ECON 2106 and ACCT 2101 with grades of C or higher
