MUSC 4980 - Bluegrass/Old-Time String Band

Open to all qualified students by audition. This course encompasses the study, rehearsal, and performance of music in the Bluegrass/old-time string band traditions. Ensemble members are required to participate in rehearsals and performances beyond the stated regular class times at both on-campus and off-campus venues. This course is repeatable for up to 8 credit hours.
