CHEM 1211 - Principles of Chemistry I
CHEM 1211L - Principles of Chemistry I Laboratory
CHEM 1212 - Principles of Chemistry II
CHEM 1212L - Principles of Chemistry II Laboratory
Two hours of lower division courses from:
- Biology
- Physics
- Geology
- Mathematics (not taken as part of Area A or Area D)
- Modern Language (not taken as part of Area B)
- Computer Science

Major Requirements 60 hours

Required Courses

21 hours, no more than 4 hours with a grade of D are allowed

Guided Electives

Upper division BIOL courses (4 hours)
Upper division courses from BIOL, CHEM or ESCI not used in areas above (5 hours)

Upper-Division Education courses 30 hours

Additional Course Requirements

PHYS 1111 or PHYS 2211 and either PHYS 1112 or PHYS 2212, with labs (suitable for Area D)
