Required Course (6 hours)

Must demonstrate competency through completion of a minimum of 6 credit hours of language courses in a single foreign language at the Intermediate level (2001 level or higher) with a grade of “C” or better.  Course credit (2001 level or higher) earned through CLEP examination may be applied toward the required 6 hours of foreign language.  Students exempting through CLEP examination must complete the required 18 semester hours in AREA F by taking additional courses from those listed as “major elective” or “elective” courses below.
