BIOL 4040K - Stream Ecology

A study of the structure and function of running waters including geomorphology, flow, species interactions and biotic communities with an emphasis on the influences of humans on stream ecosystems. Includes a laboratory component in which students learn field and laboratory techniques used by stream ecologists. Prerequisites: BIOL 3500K.
