BUSA 4810 - Entertainment Law

This course is designed for undergraduate paralegal, entertainment/sports management, and BAS degree students. Topics covered will include agents and managers, entertainment contracts, Constitutional issues in entertainment law, administrative regulations, antitrust regulations, and intellectual property issues in entertaining law. Legal issues in live performances, music and music publishing, television, and motion pictures will also be examined. Pre-requisite: BUSA 2810 with a grade of C or higher or BUSA 3800 with a grade of C or higher.
