FREN 4995 - French Internship


This course provides students with the opportunity to communicate daily (primarily) in French to enhance the students’ proficiency and work in an area related to the students’ career interest. To complete this course, students must work a total of 110 hours for 3 credit hours or 220 hours for 6 credit hours in a French speaking environment. A maximum of 6 credit hours can be earned for this course. Internship placements are subject to the approval of the Internship Coordinator.

Prerequisite/Corequisite:
Prerequisite: 15 hours of FREN 3000-4000 level courses or permission from the Department of Modern Languages

FREN 3610 Commercial French preferred as one of the courses completed before the internship
