Social Foundations & Leadership Education

The Social Foundations and Leadership Education (SFLE) Department offers the Associate of Science (A.S.) degree with a pathway in Education. This A.S. degree includes courses related to Elementary & Special Education and Middle Grades Education. SFLE faculty teach the foundational early education courses required of all Education majors: EDUC 2110 - Critical Issues in Education , EDUC 2120 - Exploring Sociocultural Perspectives on Diversity , and EDUC 2130 - Exploring Learning & Teaching .
