Core Curriculum Requirements - 60 hours
Refer to Semester Core Curriculum Areas A-E
Area A1: No exceptions
Area A2: MATH 1111 or higher is strongly recommended
Area B: No exceptions
Area C: No exceptions
Area D: BIOL 1107/1108 and an additional MATH or MATH 2400 (if not taken in Area F) are strongly recommended
Area E: No exceptions
Area F: Courses Appropriate to Major - 18 hours
Major Requirements - 60 hours
Required Courses - 27 hours
At least one of the following labs
(Notes: labs should be taken after completing PSYC 3070K and PSYC 3080K; the class associated with the lab is a prerequisite or co-requisite for the lab)
PSYC Major Electives - 12 hours
Open Electives
- 6 hours of Open Electives
Minor - 15-18 hours
- An academic minor is required of all Psychology majors. Students may consult with their faculty advisor about the choice of a minor, but should contact the minor department for consultation with a minor advisor.
