ENGR 3301K - Thermodynamics

A first course in the fundamentals of classical thermodynamics.  Properties of substances, open and closed systems, conservation of mass, conservation of energy and the second law of thermodynamics.  Second law analysis of systems.  Introduction to cycle analysis.  use of these principles in the analysis and solution of engineering problems.

Prerequisite/Corequisite:
Prerequisites:  MATH 2470, MATH 2460, and PHYS 2211/2211L.
