PHED 1401 - Canoeing/Kayaking

This course will teach the basics of flat water canoe and kayaking, as well as the benefit of physical fitness that can be gained through lifelong participation in paddling sports.

Prerequisite/Corequisite:
Prerequisite: Be able to swim 50 meters using any stroke.
