ARAB 3120 - Intermediate-Advanced Arabic I & II ARAB 3120 is the continuation of ARAB 2004 or 2340 and is equivalent to ARAB 3001 and 3002 combined. It combines the seventh and eighth courses in the sequence of twelve courses beginning with ARAB 1001 aimed at taking students from novice to advanced high according to the ACTFL proficiency guidelines. The sequence of courses integrate Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Levantine Educated Spoken Arabic (LESA) building strong foundations in listening, speaking, reading, and writing while providing a broad introduction to the peoples, cultures, customs, and traditions of the Arabic-speaking world. The course is conducted in Arabic.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisite: ARAB 2002, ARAB 2120, ARAB 2004, ARAB 2340, or placement by the Department of Modern & Classical Languages
