HIST 6120 - Early National U.S. This course is an in-depth study of U.S. History from the end of the American Revolution to the era of Andrew Jackson. Emphasis is placed on relations with Native peoples in the eastern U.S., American participation in international conflicts, and the expansion of democracy, early industrialization, and efforts at domestic reform.
