NURS 8321 - Advanced Nursing Professional Development II

This is the second of a two-part course series designed for the MSN-prepared nurse to achieve advanced nursing clinical experience and clinical practice scholarship in a specialty area of nursing with the end goal of meeting national nursing specialty certification competencies. Each student works directly with a faculty mentor and clinical site preceptor. By the end of this course 180-250 DNP practice hours will be completed, dependent on each student’s prior clinical experience and approval of the program coordinator.
