BUSA 3820 - Real Estate Law

This course will introduce students to the concept of real property ownership and rights, development of real property, and the transfer of real property. Such topics as concurrent ownership, contracts, loans associated with real property, leases, and the purchasing processes will be discussed.

Prerequisite: BUSA 2810
