MGED 4403 - Middle Grades Internship Planning This course requires pre-service teachers, in their final semester of training, to demonstrate ability to create effective instructional plans that demonstrate their ability to diversify instructional information, select appropriate strategies for instruction, identify appropriate state standards, and create academically challenging learning targets. Pre-service teachers will demonstrate their ability to plan assessments and use that information to guide planning.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Admission to Teacher Education Program, MGED 3010, MGED 3015, MGED 3020, MGED 3115, MGED 3130, MGED 4010, MGED 4015, MGED 4020, READ 3040, SPED 3100, and content coursework with a grade of C or higher, and successful completion of field placements preceding the final student teaching internship
Corequisites: MGED 3540, MGED 4403, and MGED 4405
