MKTG 3740 - Retailing A primer to retailing management, the course covers basics about retailing in the 21st century. Starting with classic content describing traditional brick and mortar store types, their profit models, the importance of location, and managing merchandise, students learn about customer relationship management and retail strategy in the dynamic omnichannel era with the help of recent cases from the retail industry.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Admission to Upper Division and MKTG 3700 with a grade of C or higher
