MUAP 2610 - Major Applied Voice A continuation of MUAP 1610 focusing on the development of artistic ability. Emphasis is given to the development of vocal performance abilities through the study of standard repertoire. A combination of individual (50-minute lesson) and group (studio/master class) instruction provides preparation for public performance. Repertoire and other requirements increase with credit hours. Each student who is enrolled for major applied vocal instruction must concurrently participate fully in a major UNG vocal performance ensemble, regardless of whether the student chooses to enroll for ensemble credit. A student may accumulate a maximum of 6 credit hours in this course.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisite: Completion of 2 hours of MUAP 1610 with a grade of C or higher
