PSYC 1002 - Introduction to Leading

This course is designed for students interested in developing greater self-awareness of their own personal approach to communicating, decision-making, and working with group dynamics as a leader. This course introduces the foundational elements of leadership theory. Students will develop an awareness of themselves as a leader and understand when to adapt their leadership practices among different individuals, situations, or cultures.
