SPAN 4040 - Mysticism, Shamanism, and the New Age Movement in Latin America A study of the dominant worldviews throughout Latin America that challenge or differ from the Western perspective. This course explores the philosophical and practical aspects of notable examples of Christian mysticism, shamanism, and a selection of elements exemplary of the New Age movement. Class conducted in Spanish.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisites: Two Spanish courses at the 3000 level or higher or placement by the Department of Spanish & Portuguese
