ARAB 3410 - Arabic Linguistics This course is designed to provide a broad introduction to Arabic linguistics. Students will become acquainted with Arabic language system: phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics. Course materials also include the history of Arabic linguistics in reference to Classical Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic and Arabic dialects. This course is conducted in English and Arabic.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisite: 2002 level in a foreign language, or placement by the Department of Modern & Classical Languages
